PhotoScape 3.6.3 Full Free is a fun photo editing application that will allow you to easily fix and enhance photos. With the Viewer function of Photoscape you can view photos in your folder or create a slideshow.

The Editor function will enable you take the following actions: resizing, brightness and color adjustment, white balance, backlight correction, frames, balloons, mosaic mode, adding text, drawing pictures, cropping, filters, red eye removal, blooming, clone stamp.
